Work Location: Hyderabad, Kondapur
Work Timings: Day job, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
** Note : Need to come office in all business days,
Face to Face interview is mandatory,

Summary:
The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting talent through generating recruitment plans to extending offers and onboarding for positions at all levels. This highly visible position will need to network and develop strong business relationships within the industry, as well as with senior management. This person will work with an existing HR team to develop recruiting excellence for the organization.
Essential Functions:
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, job portal, social media etc
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Develop and maintain network of contacts to identify and source qualified candidates
- Initiate and maintain contact with qualified candidates for specific job openings throughout recruitment and hiring process
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Onboard new employees to become fully integrated
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Promote company’s reputation as best place to work
- Adaptable and flexible to work with different clients and perform multiple roles ex: Executive PA, talk with Clients to understand JDs, support client activities etc.,
- May perform non-human resources related administrative and operational duties which include Executive PA duties as well
